Christine Castellano, Safety Director

Christine Castellano joined RC Andersen in 2006 and currently serves as Safety Director. She is the author of the company Health & Safety manual, Safety 360° trainer and is a tireless advocate for instilling the safety culture throughout RC Andersen.  She earned a Project Management Certification in Construction from the Rutgers School of Continuing Education in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and OSHA certification from the OSHA Institute Training Center at the Rutgers School of Public Health.

Prior to joining RC Andersen, Christine worked at March Associates in New Jersey where she gained firsthand safety knowledge and training by working onsite as an administrator, then as full-time safety administrator.  She quickly learned the importance of building safety, situational awareness and employee training for both OSHA and HAZWOPPER certifications and made it her mission to incorporate these practices into the industry. Safety as a focus has guided Christine’s career at RC Andersen and the company embodies her philosophy so all employees can go home safely every night.

Christine has four grown children and eight grandchildren. In her spare time, she grows and processes organic medicinal herbs.

Christine’s motto: “Be safety conscious all the time.”
