Prologis Ports Elizabeth Triport

Landfill redevelopment including different ground improvement techniques: Surcharging, Deep Dynamic Compaction, CMCs. This was a three-phase project consisting of demolitions, geotechnical solutions, and ground up building construction with 101,000sf fit out. A key element of this project was the construction of a 2,000-foot-long rail line servicing the building. The distribution center features Automated Robotic AR Placement with ASRS material handling/automated racking. VMS (Vapor Mitigation Systems) were installed inside and outside the building, throughout the site.
