Cranbury Logistics Center Campus

The Cranbury Logistics Center campus consisted of two large fulfillment facilities for retail, e-commerce tenants including Amazon and Wayfair.com, totaling 2,300,000sf and $200M. The park included a common site infrastructure, primary power distribution, and a shared fire pump house and tank. The site once housed a military munitions and fireworks manufacturing facility that exploded in 1954 and the redevelopment efforts required heavy coordination to scour the area for potential unexploded munitions.
