Bridge Point 78 Building 1

Project began by demolishing previous industrial manufacturing center. New grades were established and sitework began while design was finalized. A bridge was erected over a local train route in order to gain future access to the site. Working through winter and spring to complete sitework and concrete, warmer weather was utilized to finish roofing and get the building watertight. Closely collaborating with the client and the local township to maintain local requirements was a critical factor while the building design was finalized. An onsite batch plant was used for concrete as a quarry for concrete delivery was not available.
