Arsenal Trade Center

The 73-acre, contaminated site required environmental considerations for the campus project consisting of a full sitework package and three ground up warehouse/distribution centers with speculative office fit outs. Building trades were sequenced to work continuously to limit remobilization cost and minimize the overall construction schedule. Offsite work consisted of traffic improvements (new road installation and street lighting) and also town utility upgrades requiring local and county coordination. Each of the three buildings are LEED® Gold Certified and dividable to accommodate multiple tenants.
